Red Velvet Cake Pops

You Will Need:
One Recipe Red Velvet Cupcakes & Frosting
Lolipop Sticks
White Chocolate, Chopped

Mix: Crumble cooled cake and frosting into a mixing bowl. Turn mixer on low and beat frosting and cake crumbles together until combined.

Shape: Take about 1 Tablespoon of cake mixture and roll into a ball. Place balls on a lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 2 hours. The cake balls must be very cold when dipping!

Dip: Melt white chocolate in a glass liquid measuring cup. You can use a double boiler or microwave. Dip 1/2 inch of the stick into melted chocolate (like glue), then insert into center of cake ball. Dip cake ball into coating until it is completely covered. Very gently tap the stick against the edge of the measuring cup to allow excess coating to drop off. Place upright into a styrofoam block or box to set, within an hour.
